You're  Not Alone

Mental health is an important part of overall health and wellbeing. Everyone experiences ups and downs in their mental health, and it's important to recognize when these feelings become more intense or start to interfere with our daily life. There are a variety of resources available to help manage mental health, including therapy or counseling, support groups, medication, lifestyle changes such as regular exercise, and self-care activities like journaling or mindfulness.

Mental health crisis are unfortunately a common occurrence. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, it is important to remember that you are not alone. There are many resources available to help you or someone you know manage the crisis and get the support they need. It is important to remember to reach out to friends and family for support, as well as seeking professional help from a mental health professional. Additionally, there are many helplines available for crisis support, such as the National Suicide Prevention Hotline (1-800-273-TALK) and the Crisis Text Line (Text HOME to 741741).
