DIDDY'S PRISON TROUBLES ARE PILING UP! MULTIPLE ALLEGED FIGHTS, PHONE VIOLATIONS, AND 400 DAYS WITHOUT COMMISSARY PRIVILEGES!

Sean “Diddy” Combs may have traded the mansions, private jets, and lavish parties for federal prison, but according to newly reported disciplinary records, the drama apparently followed him behind bars!
And this time, it's costing him something money can't necessarily buy back: time toward his release.
According to an October 13, 2026, report from TMZ, Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing federal Bureau of Prisons employees, claims he obtained Diddy's complete prison disciplinary history.
And baby, the allegations are stacking up!
Rojas says the records document multiple disciplinary violations, including alleged fights on July 31 and September 30, another major incident on October 1, and two phone-related violations reportedly dated July 7 and September 19, 2025.
The reported punishment?
Diddy has allegedly lost 41 days of good-conduct credit and a whopping 400 days of commissary privileges!
Now, for those unfamiliar with prison life, commissary is where incarcerated individuals can purchase approved snacks, food, hygiene products, and other necessities beyond what the institution provides.
Losing those privileges for 400 days is a serious restriction.
But the bigger issue is those 41 days of good-time credit.
Federal inmates can earn credit toward earlier release by following institutional rules. Losing that credit can mean spending additional time incarcerated.
And according to reports, Diddy's projected release date has already changed from January 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028.
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
Rojas reportedly warned that continued disciplinary problems could result in Diddy being classified as a disruptive inmate, potentially opening the door to a transfer to another federal facility.
That possibility has not been confirmed as an actual transfer decision.
And remember those earlier reports about Diddy allegedly receiving special treatment in prison?
NBC News previously reported allegations involving unauthorized cellphone access, massages, special meals, and other privileges at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.
Some reports even alleged that a contraband phone was used to access sexually explicit photographs.
Diddy's representatives have pushed back against the reporting.
In response to the latest disciplinary allegations, his representative told Page Six that they would not comment on third-party claims without reviewing the underlying records. His team maintains that he is focused on serving his sentence, pursuing his appeal, and returning to his family.
Now let's remember how he got here.
In July 2025, Diddy was convicted on two federal counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was acquitted of the more serious racketeering conspiracy and sex-trafficking charges and subsequently sentenced to 50 months in federal prison.
He's currently serving that sentence at FCI Fort Dix.
And while the allegations surrounding his prison conduct continue making headlines, an important distinction remains: the specific disciplinary details are being reported through Rojas and news outlets, rather than through a publicly released complete disciplinary file independently reviewed for this post.
Now, here's what I want to know.
Diddy spent decades building an entertainment empire, controlling a multimillion-dollar business operation, and surrounding himself with luxury.
But prison operates under an entirely different set of rules.
And if these disciplinary reports are accurate, the very privileges and early-release opportunities that could make his sentence easier are being jeopardized.
Because, chile, imagine already counting down the days until you get home, only to find out that your own alleged behavior could keep pushing that date further away!
Do you think Diddy is having trouble adjusting to prison life, or do you think there's more to these disciplinary reports than the public is being told?
Let's talk about it!
